Josh began his career with Coopers & Lybrand before joining JP Morgan M&A in Sydney in the late 1990's helping to establish their Small Caps M&A and Financial Sponsors practice. ​

Since then Josh has had a long career in mid-market private equity including as business development manager with Cashcard (a Gresham PE portfolio company), CVC Capital Partners and as Partner with Ironbridge Capital.

Josh has invested and advised across numerous industries including retail / consumer, outsourced services and healthcare, and has a passion for working with management teams to build businesses and create value for shareholders.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne.
